Mountain Education & Saftey
In addition to helping our participants on the slopes, we are committed to educating the broader community on Mountain safety and etiquette. We will host a series of Free Mountain Safety and Mountain Etiquette classes, where participants can learn essential skills to stay safe while skiing or snowboarding. Partnering with other local organizations, we aim to amplify these important messages, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their experience level, are well-informed about the best practices for navigating the mountain.
Free Summer Kickball Days
The Pick-Up Kickball series is a way to keep Friends On Hill rolling through the summer months.
More information & Dates coming soon.
Meeting at Ashiem Fields on Wednesday evenings (dates coming soon) for a pick-up style kickball game. Don't forget about the complimentary popsicles!
Used Gear Drive of 2025
Part of our mission is to break the barrier of entry into skiing and snowboarding by providing our participants with new our used gear to keep for years ahead. By having the proper equipment provided, they will be more financially able to experience the mountain without high barriers of entry.
We hope to set up a "Gear Drive Donation" event. This will be a chance for the community to part ways with their old, gently used gear and give it a new beginning with someone in need! More information coming soon.
Want to Donate gear without coming to an event?
If you would like to donate any used gear before our gear drive, please Email or contact us on Instagram!
